Little Creatures Brewery, Geelong

We visited the brewery after a bit of a day trip to Geelong. We booked a table online and found the staff super friendly when we arrived. The dining hall and the history of the building make this a fairly unique experience for starters. You can order food or drinks using a QR code or at the bar. We ordered pizzas to share and were very happy with them. The selection of beers is great as you might expect and we had a couple of tasting paddles and a ‘beer and pizza’ daily special. It’s a short walk back to South Geelong station (will be easier when the car park is complete) if you are using the train or there is ample parking for your designated driver. Would definitely recommend.

Came here on a fairly quiet day before the lunch rush hit. Huge venue. Unfortunately nothing they served was any good. Soggy sad chips, basic corn on the cob, a piece of halumi straight out the packet and fried all at primo prices. Tried a beer paddle too and no one at the table thought much of any we sampled. We also pre-booked and were seated right by the merch (lol) Good place if you've got kids and don't like beer or food much.

Lots of people when we visited a couple of weeks ago. Have been wanting to come in for sometime since moving to Geelong. The wings are legendary, paired really well with the sauce. Texture is too soft for our liking though. Mussels is a must to order with a flavourful broth. The pizza has been a little disappointing with minimal sauce which made it dry. We are able to dip the base and crust into our mussel broth to spice it up.

Visited here for a midweek late lunch and enjoyed our meals. Quirky atmosphere located inside an old factory. There are several venues on the site which is where Furphy Beer, Little Creatures and other beers are made. The whole place was pretty much deserted when we visited, there was only one other customer in the huge venue when we were there. Service was excellent, staff were amazing and very knowledgeable about the beers they had available, including some experimental small batch brews. Our pizzas were excellent with premium ingredients, beautiful crispy leopard skin crust and generous toppings. The on tap beers went perfectly with them. There is outside seating as well and I expect it could be very busy in warmer weather weekends. All other venues were closed when we were there and there is a good 200 metres or so walk from the large free public carpark.
